With the formation of Kraft Opich, LLP, in 2008, Douglas H. Kraft and Martha Evensen Opich continued an association that began in 2003 when Marty became of counsel to Douglas Kraft & Associates, a firm founded by Doug in 1999. Now, as then, Doug and Marty focus on representing and counseling lenders in commercial and real estate loan transactions and litigation. All matters undertaken by the firm are handled by Doug or Marty personally, or by attorneys working under their close supervision.

The firm also enforces creditors’ rights in state court and bankruptcy court and is experienced at obtaining prejudgment writs of attachment, writs of possession and temporary restraining orders to protect and prohibit transfers of assets, and the prosecution of fraudulent conveyance actions.
